Before I get to the winner, I want to thank each and every one of you for your wonderful comments. Your comments really made me feel wonderful - like I have reached out and connected to so many people. For those of you who have never commented before, I encourage you to leave a comment on occasion for your favorite bloggers...we bloggers adore comments! It is so rewarding to receive a comment after working hard on a post.
One more piece of business. Phoebe's book was designed and created as an internal marketing tool. It is not a published book - it is a portfolio of Phoebe's work designed to give current and prospective clients a way to see the body of Phoebe's work in one place. Unfortunately, at this time, the book is not available for sale.
Here is how the winner was selected. When I closed the comments, there were 239 in total (I deleted double posts). I then used the random number generator from http://www.random.org/ to select a number - the random number generated was 50. I then went to the post that corresponded with that number....and the winner is Jen from Our Home In the Country! Congratulations!
Thank you to everyone for participating, and for reading my blog.
BUMMER! I was hoping...Such a great giveaway!

Oh my gosh! Somehow my Reader must have missed your giveaway post! I didn't even know about it! :( Sad.
ReplyDeleteWhat a great prize!
What a great inspirational story about Phoebe (busy the last few days and just got to it). As much as I love my dwindling monthly magazines...the far flung photos and photojournalism across blog land do a great job filling the void in that universal craving for beauty. Thanks for taking the time to add to the content out there.
ReplyDeleteCongratulations to Jen, I know she'll be thrilled. Hugs, Marty
ReplyDeleteCongrats to Jen! Of course we all love special giveaways, I agree though, I love hearing a comment when someone reads my latest post. It is so encouraging and a validation of our work.
ReplyDeleteLet's just get right down to it. Jen, congratulations and all, but I'm down right envious! TTI, please tell me, you did scan each and every photo, and you will share with us? I'm dying here.
ReplyDeleteCongrats to Jen, what a lucky girl! I am so hoping that one day soon the book WILL be for sale. I really can't understand why it isn't for sale now..
ReplyDeleteCongrats to the winner

ReplyDeleteYes, congrats to her! The news that one can't buy the book right now makes it even more coveted!

ReplyDeleteOh Congrats Jen! Great book and so sad it's not available to purchase!
ReplyDeleteTTI,
ReplyDeleteWhat a fabulous way to come up with a winner! I know Jen is thrilled and will have a wonderful treasure.
I always think about you walking your dog when I am riding in Buckhead and wishing I had time to take pix of all the beautiful homes. Honestly I could crash from not looking where I am going and straining to see what is behind the beautiful gates and drooling over what I CAN see.
Congratulations on your 2 year anniversary! I was away last week and didn't get your posts until today or I would have entered. (I was in San Francisco visiting family and drooling over the houses in Pacific Heights!)
ReplyDeleteI wish the book was for sale - I would definitely like to have a copy!
Congratulations to the winner.
