Merry Christmas! A few of my favorite holiday images.

The tree is trimmed, the stockings are hung, the gifts are wrapped, the Christmas Eve and Christmas Day meals are planned, the table is set.  Today is full of joyous anticipation, the excitement of children, the tradition of the Christmas Eve candlelit service to celebrate the Holy Night that ushers in Christmas Day.

Here is a collection of my favorite Christmas images of 2013 to provide a little seasonal inspiration!  All images from Pinterest; I do not claim ownership of any of the images and do not know the sources

May you and yours have a wonderful Christmas!

The light of the Christmas star to you,

The warmth of home and hearth to you,

The cheer and good will of friends to you,

The hope of a childlike heart to you,

The joy of a thousand angels to you,

The love of the Son,

And God’s peace to you.

  6. Lovely, lovely images each and every one. Even though I was raised Jewish (in Indiana!), I have always loved Christmas because to me it is a time of joy, light and love and what could be better than that? It is universal. Thank you so much for all of the wonderful inspiration this year, Holly! I'm so glad that I found your blog; one of the best! My sister is also, Holly. A Jewish Holly :] who 365 days a year has her home decorated for the "holidays." That's right. :] She has seven permanent bejeweled, ornamented trees in her living room--and much, much more. It's like a Christmas museum! (I once wrote a story about this.). The warmest wishes to you and yours for a lovely holiday! ~ Laurel
